How is my parcel kept safe?
Every sender and traveller is identity-verified before they can book or carry. Each booking records pickup and delivery photos, the traveller has a public rating and trust score, and a secret delivery code confirms the handover. If something goes wrong, our support team helps sort it out.
How does payment work?
When you pay online, we hold the money until delivery is confirmed with the code — it isn't released to the traveller before that. You can also choose to pay in cash at pickup or on delivery.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel any time before the parcel is picked up. Online payments are refunded in full, including the platform fee, typically within 5–7 business days. Once the parcel is with the traveller, contact support and we'll help.
Who can carry a parcel?
Any verified member who has posted a trip — by train, bus, car or bike. You can see each traveller's rating, completed trips and preferences before you book.
How is the price decided?
It's based on the distance of the trip and the size of your parcel, and you see the exact amount before you confirm. Optional add-ons such as an urgent boost or fragile handling are shown separately.
How do travellers get paid?
Once a delivery is confirmed, the earnings are added to your Sathidaak wallet. You can request a payout to your UPI ID or bank account whenever you like.
What am I not allowed to send?
Weapons, explosives, illegal drugs or substances, live animals, cash or bullion, and counterfeit goods — plus anything else illegal, hazardous or restricted. Every booking includes a declaration that the parcel contains none of these.
